Our ingredients are sourced locally in support of local farmers with local-grown herbs and vegetables. Expect our menu to be bursting with freshness and flavor as local produce takes a shorter time from farm and/or harvest to table, leaving nutrient value and its freshness intact.
For the ultimate taste of freshness, try the daily line caught Jurong Fish Farm Pan-Seared Grey Mullet and Duck Confit.
Embracing the ethos of farm-to-table, we meticulously select produce like frog legs and fish sourced directly from our local landscapes. One of our highlights, the Local Frog Legs from Jurong Frog Farm, harmonizes with parsley, lemon, and anchovy, creating a symphony of flavors. Equally remarkable is the Locally Farmed Red Snapper from Atlas Aquaculture, paired exquisitely with White Bean Mousseline and Cream Braised Pickled Vegetables.
You can also tantalize your taste buds with our chef's recommended Almond Blancmange. This creation features Almond Crumble, Hashima from Jurong Frog Farm, Goji Berries, and Fig, promising a tangy yet indulgent experience.

Infused with wildflower honey and a hint of rosewater, it boasts subtle sweetness and floral notes. A touch of nutmeg adds warmth and depth, creating a harmonious and indulgent wine experience. You can also try the richness of De Bortoli Yarra Valley Chardonnay from Australia. With a delightful blend of citrus, hazelnut, and butterscotch, it offers a creamy texture and subtle spice. Balanced by soft acidity, it showcases finesse and complexity in every sip.
For red wines lovers, you can indulge in the exquisite La Spinetta Bordini Barbaresco from Italy's Piedmont region. With soft floral scents of candied peach, wild strawberry, and cinnamon, the 2018 vintage captivates the senses. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied profile with refreshing notes of fresh raspberry, delicately steeped tea, and rosewater. The fully air conditioned Verandah is our very own whimsical secret garden which takes you on a journey away from the bustling city.
